Don't be a Judgmental

I read somewhere very well that a foolish man and a highly inteligent people always do what they likes only. Such people do not listen to anyone and that is why I can say that such people cannot become  good listeners.

This proves that good listners are not always highly intelligent, but foolish and over inteligent people never could be a good listeners.

In the same way, the normal judgmental peoples may not be highly intelligent, but over intelligent people  always very judgmentals.

Judgmental behavior typically involves appraising something like a situation, person, or action with a critical attitude. A person often does this in a condemning and fault-finding way using their subjective (likely moralistic) point of view and set of values.

Judgemental people can be quite  difficult to deal with. They are always quick to point out other people's peoples flaws and are never abke to accept others for who they are.

Another characteristic of judgmental people is that they don't trust anyone easily,  He or she will closely observe and read the words and  behavior of the persons. But due to such nature, although such people are very intelligent, their decision-making power is very weak.

Now let's not be stupid or over-judgmental. So care should be taken for a balanced approach because good judgment enables us to make moral decisions and informed choices, and to better calculate the outcomes of our own and others’ behaviours.

But I will always say that to be a balance approch, fault the action, not the person and ground yourself with mindfulness.
